How to get an app password & stay within policy

We run a live login test before saving, store the password encrypted, and start the account in warmup so the adaptive engine paces it safely. The behaviour guardrails (warmup, auto-pause on poor health, recipient spacing) are what protect you from Google/Microsoft blocks.
